Our people

Our Global Client Director is Joss Mathieson. Joss has advised leaders at the most senior levels in international companies for more than two decades.

His experience spans across communications disciplines, with deep know-how in employee engagement and change, gained from many years working in complex, global, multi-cultural environments for household names like Barclays and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK).

He has led in-house communications functions at country, divisional and global level, most recently as Global Head of Employee Engagement for GSK, where he focused on effective engagement of 100,000 employees around the world during a period of substantial transformation and change.

At Change Oasis, he advises at Board and Executive team level, helping deliver better business outcomes through effective engagement inside and outside organisations. He coaches leaders and high potential managers to increase their personal impact and works with organisations to successfully navigate change, boosting employee involvement, building pride and releasing energy to turbocharge business performance and improve reputation.
